Subscription Class Refunds

We have two options for Subscription classes :

  1. Cancel subscription without refund.
  2. Refund / credit the amount to the family without dropping the student from the class.

1. CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION OPTION :

  • Click on the Classes -> Transactions from the navigation bar.
  • Click on the correct order # and then open a show page for the order.
  • Click on the Action -> subscription details to open the subscription page.

(or)

  • Click on the Subscriptions -> Current Subscriptions from the navigation bar.
  • Click on the subscription # that will open a show page like below.

  • Click Cancel Subscription button to cancel the subscription and refund will not be initiated.
2. REFUND / CREDIT AMOUNT TO THE FAMILY WITHOUT REFUND :
  • Click Action button to refund / credit the amount to the family.
  • By clicking the button will open a screen to enable either refund or credit option to the family with out dropping the student from the class.

  • Select the refund option and enter the amount you want to refund to the family.
  • or select the credit to user account option and enter the amount you want to credit it into the family account.
