Create a new Add-On Class

Step 1 : Click —> from the navigation bar.
Step 2 : Click button from the displayed page or select Add Class from + symbol drop down in the top header bar.
Step 3 : It will open an Add Class screen.
Prerequisites : Location, Type of Program, Session and Class Type are need to be filled in the configuration tables to select those fields from the drop down in the Class creation page.
Required Values: Class Name, location Name, Category, Session, Class Type, Class Start Date, Class End Date, Days, Max Size, Registration Start date, Registration End date, Tuition Label and Price.
Step 4 : It is mandatory to select Class Type as Add-On Class or Lunch Option to add the Add-On Classes otherwise Lexa will consider it as a main Class (which is by default) and not as an Add-On Class.

Note : Class Type need to be added in the configuration files, for it to show in the drop down.

The drop down values are popping up from the configuration files, which should be added prior to add a class.

Step 5: Enter Class name, select Location name, Type of Program, Type of Subject, session from the drop down wherever applicable.
Note: It is important that the session, location, dates and days for the Add-On Class should be same as the Class for it to show in the cart for the family to enroll.
Step 6 : Enter Class start date, Class end date, start time, end time and days(Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri).
Step 7 : Enter Class maximum size if applicable.
Step 8 : Select Class grade level (minimum and maximum grade levels) if applicable.
Step 9 : Enter registration period start date (by default it is the current date, which can be modified), and enter registration period end date.
Step 10 : Enter tuition label and price.
To add another tuition label and price Click Add Tuition options button, to remove click Remove Tuition Options button.
NOTE : At Least one tuition label and price is a required for a class.
Step 11 : If the Add-On Class has any gender restriction for enrollment then select gender drop down and select male / female otherwise by default no gender restriction is applied to the class.
Step 12 : If the Add-On Class has any age restrictions between then select Age from the Age restriction drop down, it will show a Minimum age and maximum age fields to enter for the class.

Step 13 : Select image for Add-On Class.
Step 14 : Miscellaneous fields like
-> Description Field to enter description for the Add-On Class.
-> Then Click Save to save the Add-On Class.
-> or Click Save & Add New to save the entered Add-On Class and add another Add-On Class.
-> Or click cancel button to cancel the entered Add-On Class details.
Note : Class start date, end date or registration start date , end date cannot be past dates.
