Organization Settings
These are first Initial Settings which needs to be setup to start the LEXA application.
There are many settings in LEXA that enable you to tailor your LEXA database to suit your organization and your business practices.
Organization Settings :
To setup all the Initial Settings for the Organization Click on
from the Configuration files list.

Organization Defaults :
Organization Defaults Enter Organization defaults like Name, Address and Contact information. Enter the Website and Organization email address.
Registration Form Defaults :
- Entering a default city, state/province, zip/postal code, and/or country saves time when adding new families and students.
- These fields will be Pre filled in Lexa registration forms. Note: Pre filled fields can be changed on the registration forms as needed.

Family Settings:
Admin has an option to set multiple options to show it in the Student / Family registration forms.
- This section allows the admin to decide whether the franchisee should have the student transportation consent for the family. Select if the student form needs to show student transportation? if yes then select it is a mandatory(required) field for the family to fill in or it is an optional one.
- If the check box is selected then the student transportation consent will be shown to the family during student registration / Add new student.
- If the radio button is set to mandatory then the family needs to select the consent to finish the registration.
- If the radio button is set to optional then the family need not select the consent to finish the registration.
- Should the student form have special needs data to fill in or not.
- Select whether the student form should have Immunization information.
- Should the family authorize the agreement and student medical information by digital signature or not.

Party Settings:
- Admin needs to select Whether the organization collects Gratuity amount if they have party.

Add gratuity in the Party Pay Balance Page:

Miscellaneous Settings:
- In this section admin can select whether the family form should have “How did you hear about us?” field or not.
- Class roll PDF options show us multiple student options that need to be showed or not in the Class roll call sheet of the class.

Multiple Payment Settings :
- Select the check box Accept Payment by check? to accept the payment by check from the family.
- Select the check box Accept Payment by Cash? to accept the payment by cash from the family.
- Please make sure that the CVV required field is set in authorize.net(merchant service) depending upon that please select or deselect the “Is CVV required for Credit Card” check box.

Add Multiple Documents :
- This section allows to attach multiple document to the Organization.
- The documents attached here will be visible in all the pages under the Documents section in the side bar.
- Enter Organization Label to be visible as an text for the link.
- Click Add Document to attach a new document.
- Click Remove to the delete the block.

Add Party Parent Hand Book :
- Click Choose File to open the browser and select the attachment.
- This Parent Handbook will be sent to the family while registration and also it will be visible in the registration page.

Terms & Conditions :
- Enter Terms & Condition, to display in the Registration page.
- Enter Class Payment Policy to display in the Class Payment page.
- Enter Party Payment Policy to display in the Party Payment page.
Save Changes / Cancel :
- Click Save Changes to Save the entered values.
- Click Cancel to cancel the changes.
