Add Parties
Click Parties from the left side navigation bar.
Click 
will open Party form.
Enter Party name, Deposit charged. Select location, Type of program, room, instructor. Party enrollment capacity like minimum size and maximum size. Theme label, price and description. Student restriction like gender and age.
Party Addons -> Click Assign Addons -> Click Category (Birthday Add-Ons) -> Check the Add-On products.(which are added in the Parties -> Products) Select image if any. Enter Party Questions.
Disable Book option on Web – Check if you do not want to allow the party to book from the web page, but it displays the party information.
