Add Student form
- Family / Admin can add student from the Family page or also in the cart to register for a class.
- Enter Student First name, last name, gender, Date of birth, Homeroom Teacher Dismissal method and grade levels.
- Dismissal method and grade levels should be entered in the configuration files for the values to show in the drop down.
- Family can also enter the students Additional Information like Special needs, primary doctor and Immune if any.
- If there are any medical issues / allergies / medication required then click yes and enter the details of the same.
- Family can also enter the students transportation if it set in the Organization settings by Admin.
- Family has to give the consent for meals and transportation.
- Family can enter the Authorization medical attention and also authorize the franchisee to to use the student photo for marketing / promotion.
- Click save button add the student.
