create a new subscription class

SUBSCRIPTION CLASS CREATION :

• Classes -> button.
• Click “Do you want to schedule a recurring payment?” checkbox to schedule a recurring payment.

SUBSCRIPTION CLASS LIST :

• Subscriptions -> Subscription Classes.

SUBSCRIPTION Class Schedule :

• The Class payment repeats every week / Month depends upon the selection in the drop down of repeats.

• Select Class Start Date and Class End Date.
• Enter Class start time and end time.
• Select the Classes allowed Weekly.
• Select the days the class occurs.(Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun).
• Select number of class days in a week is allowed for the student.

• Values will be shown in the drop down only after the class occur days are selected. Suppose if the class occurs on 4 days of the week then in the drop down also only 1,2,3,4 values will be displayed to select.
  E.g., Suppose if the class occurs on all 7 days, select (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun) checkboxes. And out of which if the student is allowed only for 3 classes per week then select 3 from the number of class days in a week drop down.
• Bill customer every will be 1st / 5th/ 10th/ 15th / 20th / 25th /30th of every month if it a monthly payment.
• If it is a weekly recurring payment class then bill customer every will be Mon, Tues, Wed, etc.,

One Time Charges:

• One time charges except Annual Registration fee are optional – It will be charged during the enrollment only.
• Admin can enter upto 5 one time charges by clicking on the Add Fee Option button.
• Also remove the same by clicking on the Remove fee option button.
• Admin can also have custom one time labels by entering in the One time charges label field for the tuition fee.

Type of Fees for Subscription Classes :

• One time charges.
• Class(tuition) fee will be recurred every month according to the schedule.
• There are multiple options to create First month and last month subscriptions.
• 1. First month Fee option.
• 2. Select this if First month prorate should be charged full tuition fee.
• 3. Select this option if first month should be charged with prorate fee.
• 4. This option tells when the first month prorate should be charged.
• 5. First month prorate should be charged during family enrollment.
• 6. First month prorate should be charged during class start date.
• 7. Last month charges option.
• 8. Charge last month subscription  with full fee.
• 9. Charge last month subscription with prorate charges
• 10. Class start date.
• 11. Class end date
• 12. Deposit fee for the class.
• 13. Number of subscriptions for the class.
• 14. Bill customer every month date for the subscription class.
• 15. Simulation of all the date we have entered for the class.
• Click save after entering the description for the class.
